This blend of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Marsanne reveals a fragrant and tasty wine. Its high concentration of fruit and its dense structure make it an ideal candidate for aging in barrels, a process that we use to create a real wine for laying down. Its complexity, its exotic aromas and its aging potential have made Aliot an award-winning wine since its first vintage.
A Burgundian-style white, it goes well with salmon or creamy poultry, with pâté or traditional French cheeses. Serve slightly chilled.
