60% Semillon, 40% Chenin Blanc
Medium-bodied, with an electric freshness piercing the Argentinian ripeness of fruit. A refreshing wine driven by succulent citrus and stone fruits - some ripe skins included - along with a floral quality and that classic honeyed hint that Chenin develops. Some of the wine is aged 8 months in French oak and all of it on its fine lees, which lends a lightly toasty character and a slightly creamier texture. The finish is moderately intense with a smoky, mineral accent to the fruit.
"Lemons and stone with a lightly steely and creamy edge. Really bright and nervy, with a bone-dry, elegant finish. 60% semillon and 40% chenin blanc. This should age well. " - JAMES SUCKLING
