This new offering from Chile is really a perfect call for bridal/ baby showers and elegant brunches. It’s sort of like a pre-mixed Bellini that’s made with strawberries instead of peaches. Robert Parker writes: A curiosity, but one that is fun to smell and taste, is this sparkling blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay that has been infused with hand-harvested Patagonia strawberries... An aperitif-styled offering that exhibits a wonderfully crisp, refreshing note of... not surprisingly... strawberries. An alluring eccentricity, it is aromatic, light-bodied, crisp, fresh and lively with a delicate rose color. Note that it is best to gently invert the bottle before serving so that the strawberry pulp is evenly dispersed.
This Orange wine of Chardonnay is from the Caruntum region of Burgenland. The organically farmed grapes are given 24 days on the skins (skin-contact) during their spontaneous fermentation. Lovely vivid orange color. Fruity nose of orange blossom, tangerine and nectarine. The wine is not overly tannic, but has a nice mouthfeel, and a clean and restrained style of skin contact. Wonderful citrus peel and stone fruit notes, full-bodied while bright that goes exceptionally well with dinner.
The wine is fermented spontaneously in open boxes, in contact with the skins for 24 days. The skins are pressed and the wine spends 10 months in stainless steel.
Premium Prosecco Sparkling Wine Cocktail with elegant Elderflower Blossom extract, Lemon and a hint of Mint, original alpine style cocktail, sophisticated aroma, playful and light. The perfect summer cocktail, fruity, juicy, sweet and fun.
"Fifth in our Wine Lover's Chocolate Collection, the 61% cocoa blend of these dark chocolate drops perfectly complements the spicy, smoky quality of many Syrah wines. Syrah grapes, also known as Shiraz, are known for the deep red color and delicious complexity of the wines they produce" - Bridge Brands
WINERY NOTES - "The lovely, pale pink A to Z Bubbles invite with juicy, ripe fruit aromas. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, cherry, white peach, nectarine and apricot are joined by white flowers and a hint of creaminess. The bubbles dance on the tongue with mouth-watering acidity that leaves one wanting more.
Primarily Pinot Noir with a bit of Chardonnay (10%), the fruit was left in contact with the skins to get the perfect color, a traditional, natural technique preferable to blending back red wine. Several different aromatic and Rosé yeasts were used during fermentation in 100% stainless steel for freshness."
