One month fermentation in qvevri (clay amphora)followed by eight months in oak. Deep red color. Berries, prunes and vanilla aromas with spicy tones. Complex, full body palate, with blackberry, damson and cherry flavors and spicy notes. Long, well balanced finish with soft tannins. Perfect complement to grilled meats, meat stews and cheeses.
