This wine is a perfect equilibrium of old school spice that doesn’t overpower the fruit, and new school ripeness without robbing it of its “Zinful” nuances. Dark ruby/garnet in color, the nose is packed with cherry, raspberry, cedar, white pepper, and clove, leading to a mouth feel jam-packed with red and black fruits, velvety tannin, gorgeous balance, and wonderful texture. This one isn’t just for the BBQ; take it to any fine dining establishment, as it is a very versatile wine!
