water source): clean, refreshing, lovely. The palate starts off rich and oily with just a touch of sweetness that ismoderated by cleansing acidity. Beautiful spring fruits abound: sweet quince, citrus notes (almost like lemon icing) and plenty of orchard fruits enmesh on the palate with a touch of earthiness and lemon grass on the finish. The final note, however, brings the palate back to the fresh stream water running over granite.
