Made by Charles Hendricks from vineyards farmed by Regusci. Aged in French and American oak, aromas of black currants, plums, and Bordeaux-like notes of smoke and roasted coffee are encountered in this dense, inky wine. Flavors of blackberry, cherry, currant, and a hint of bakers chocolate accompany the good structure, soft tannin, impressive depth, and balance.
