Torii Mor’s version lies right in the middle stylistically, and from thefirst sip, we knew we had found our new “go to” Oregon white!Whole-cluster pressed into both stainless steel fermenters and 60-gallon barrels to accentuate ripe fruit flavors and provide a rich mouth-feel, the wine begins withfloral notes of honeysuckle and herbs, followed by ripe pears, melon, spice and crisp acidity.
