TAJINASTE 2011 TINTO TRADICIONAL
This is from the Valle de la Orotava appellation on the north coast of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. The wine is made from the Listán Negro. A killer nose: dark, awesome, layered, a nose that makes you stop and listen. It screams juicy dark berries with lots of definition and very a dry execution. Fantastic stuff.
