GILLIARD 09 DOLE DES MONTS
Dôle is one of the few types of red wines coming out of Switzerland. This is mostly Pinot Noir and the rest Gamay. Full of game, iron-rich minerals and dark cherries on the palate. This would be a fantastic wine to drink alongside a roasted duck dish.
