To add a bit of roundness and spice, Laurent “raised” the base wines for this rose in large oak foudres for ten months
before bottling. Champagne critic Peter Leim of The Champagne Guide paints the finished picture well: “It’s creamy
and luscious, displaying pungent flavors of rhubarb, strawberry and cranberry along with underlying hints of sweet
