This triple-distilled Irish Whiskey is done inpot stills and is aged a minimum of 12 years in oak casks. We absolutely adore this whiskey and believe it isof the utmost quality. The nose hasscents of gingersnaps and pear. Someof the flavors that come through are maple, tobacco and dried fruit. The finish just lasts for what seems forever and shows anise and fudges andfades to green fruit. This is amazingly complex Irish whiskey in a sea of bland counter parts.
