PIO CESARE 10 DOLCETTO
Tasting Notes - The wine is fresh, fruity and fragrant, with body and structure, spicy flavors, ripe fruit and roundness.Winemaking: The grapes are sourced from family owned vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba (The Ornato Estate) in Grinzane Cavour (Cascina Gustava) and Treiso (Il Bricco Estate), along with exclusive vineyards belonging to historical suppliers who have been selling their grapes to PIO CESARE for generations and who work their vineyards according to their directions and strict quality controls. Stainless steel fermentation takes place at rather cool temperatures. Aging occurs in stainless steel tanks until the bottling time which is usually in March after the harvest.
