that linger easily on the sharp-edged finish. Best from 2016 through 2020."

“The first vintage of this Pinot noir was in 1979. Their objective in producing this wine has always been a classic, intense and elegant wine that pairs well with the foods we like to eat. By blending the diverse flavors and textures of multiple vineyards, clones and elevations, they produce a richly supple and focused wine that typifies what Pinot noir can achieve each vintage in the northern Willamette Valley. With this wine, our 34th vintage, our experience shows - we’ve long been acknowledged as producing a reference standard for the 'Oregon style'.

Ninety-four percent of the grapes used in this wine were sourced from 10 of our estate vineyards: 53% from the Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge American Viticultural Areas (AVAs), 16% from Yamhill Carlton, 22% from the Eola-Amity Hills, and 3% from the Dundee Hills. The remaining 6% was derived from non-estate vineyards throughout the Willamette Valley.” - Winery notes

With its broad array of origins and clones, this wine displays red aromas (candied cherry, pomegranate and raspberry) on the nose and the palate. In addition, one finds a light touch of brown spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, all-spice). True to our house style, it is elegantly textured with seamlessly integrated, silky, polished tannins. Pair it with salmon or ahi, veal or pork, poultry (think duck) or beef, or hearty vegetarian entrees. Our first vineyards were certified by LIVE inspectors in time for the 2008 harvest. They now farm 232 LIVE-certified acres of vineyard.

state famous for Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris also work for their sibling Pinot Blanc, giving Adelsheim wines that are racy, yet bold in character. By the 1970's in California, producers found that they had no true Pinot Blanc in the state, so David Adelsheim led a program to import two clones directly from Alsace to Oregon. Thus, David was in on the ground floor with this variety - 1989 was Adelsheim's first vintage.

Vivid green-apple and lemon flavors, this tangy mouthful mixes its high-acid lemony fruit with highlights of pineapple and grapefruit. Nicely delineated, but definitely for those who love acid.

on Oregon’s Willamette Valley. He fell in love with Pinot Noir and wanted to make Pinot Noir that would rival those from Burgundy. His search lead him to winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash, one of the most talented winemakers in Oregon, and a person Wine Spectator believes has "...the perfect blend of science, artistry and passion."

Due to the transition of soil types from Volcanic to Sedimentary in the Revana Vineyard, the fruit tends to produce unique flavor profiles that stray slightly from what we have come to expect from the Dundee Hills. Pleasant earthiness is highlighted by aromas gushing with red fruit and cocoa nibs, culminating with a caress of sweet red plums. On the entrance, the Pinot Noir is delicate, and teases with red berry bramble, then explodes mid-palate with juicy intense fruit. The transition to the finish is refined, leaving beautiful flavors of red currants and terrior.

WINE SPECTATOR 92 POINTS - "Seductively aromatic, with firm tannins around a lithe core of black cherry, smoke and a touch of mint, finishing with harmony, elegance and a steely mineral character. Approachable, but may develop more with cellaring. Best from 2016 through 2022. 1,800 cases made."

Stunning and bright, the Alexana 2012 Riesling is clean, crisp and austere - almost Alsatian-style Riesling. Abounding with green apple and loads of minerals, the texture is rich and expansive. Grapefruit, honeysuckle and a hint of petrol come together to create a complex wine with intense layers and brilliant acidity, perfect for pairing with spicy food.

This structured white wine has a backbone of acidity, a voluptuous mid-palate and along, creamy finish. Prismé is named after the word prism - the splitting of white light into its corresponding colors. Anne Amie is doing precisely that in reverse, making a rich, textured white wine from Pinot noir.

The Prismé starts with 100% Pinot noir free run juice that is settled and racked into barrels. It is entirely barrel-fermented in French oak puncheons; lees stirred, allowed partial malolactic fermentation (around 80%) and then aged on its lees for 18 months before bottling.

The aromas is this wine begin with baked apples, fennel, vanilla bean, elderflower, cardamom, candied ginger, crème brulée, then moves to flavors of ripe pears, graham cracker, nutmeg, lemon meringue, and ripe fig, with a lingering finished laced with creamy acidity.
