McPRICE MYERS 10 WHITE "TERRE"
WINE ADVOCATE 92 POINTS - "The 2010 Terre Blanche, a blend of 64% Roussanne and 36% Viognier, is another striking white from McPrice Myers. It is a bit less overt and more mineral-driven in style than the Viognier, with gorgeous delineation and great overall balance. Peach, apricot and light floral/honey notes linger on the elegant finish. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2016."It seems that winemaker McPrice Myers always impresses us with his wines and, inevitably, one of his wines always seems to make its way onto one of our top wine lists! This year, it is his stunningly aromatic white blend from Paso Robles. Sourced entirely from Denner Vineyard in the “Westside”, the wine is a blend of 64% Roussanne and 36% Viognier aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
