MIZBASHO JUNMAI DAIGINJO 500ML

Mizbasho is deliciously dry and earthy Daiginjo Sake. The water source for this Sake is very clean and pure. Shoji Nagai’s quest for the perfect water led him all over Japan and finally to Kawaba prefecture. It is here he discovered a spring with clean, mineral, voluptuous and faintly sweet qualities, which gives Mizbasho its elegant character. This Daiginjo has a great bouquet of cedar, fig and cantaloupe. Dry and earthy on the palate, with a hint of clean minerality. Mizbasho has a round, soft finish and can be enjoyed at room temp or lightly chilled.
