"As usual, this is made from four top parcels in Oger: Zalieux, Beaudures, Barbettes and Chênets. It shows the typically racy structure of the vintage, feeling nervy and taut, although it also has a core of rich, creamy ripeness, focused and shaped by the acidity. It finishes with delicate aroma and sleek length, and it promises to develop well with time—I would put it away for another five years at least. Last tasted: 3/12."
