WINERY NOTES: "Grapes for this wine are sourced from multiple vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Working with different vineyard sites gives added complexity to the wines. In the winery, fermentation and aging take place in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels to add various flavors to the wine. The stainless steel vessels keep the aromatics bright and expressive, while the neutral barrels provide a more rounded texture without overbearing oak flavor. Very vibrant aromatics, pure fruit and mineral flavors with a long, elegant finish."
