Their Napa Cab comes from several marquis vineyards throughout the Napa Valley, including Calistoga and Rutherford. Delaying the fermentation by several days, and keeping the grapes at cold temperatures give the wine an amazingly dark color and increases aromatics. The wine is pressed of into only the best French oak barrels, and the resulting wine is always top-notch! Only 1,400 cases produced!
