KEFRAYA 2010 LES BRETECHES RED
This red blend comes to us from the Bekka Valley of Lebanon. It is composed of 66% Cinsaut (Cinsault), 15% Tempranillo, 10.5% Syrah, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2.5% Carignan. On the nose you find strawberry and black cherry aromas followed by wild flowers. In the mouth there are clean flavors of black and blue fruits and "sweet" brown spices leading to a rich, full-bodied, dry finish. This is most similar to a Côtes du Rhone and will accompany grilled sausages, beef and lamb dishes and, of course, Middle Eastern cuisine.
