This past summer it earned a Gold Medal at the Orange County Far and few days ago it just got this great review in The Wine News: Reddish-peach hue; very active mousse with a fine stream of bubbles. Alluring bouquet of sliced green apple and cherry fruit. Creamy palate with caramel, pear and citrus notes in a foamy texture. Tart stone fruit with sweet cherry overtones in an elegant finish.
