The nose is very rich-- bramble, undergrowth, Oligocenic lushness melded with deep, dark red and black fruits with a gorgeous layer of minerality, wet stone and sea salt to finish the triptych of scent. The palate continues the show with well-balanced notes of raspberry, plum reduction and brown spices uplifted by just enough acidity.The finish brings the sweet fruit to the fore with a final farewell of bramble to send us on our way.
