ERNIE ELS 09 RED BLEND
A wine that bears testimony to the unique terroir of the vineyards. It reflects both the quality and diversity of the property as a whole. Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Shiraz (20%), Merlot(5%), Cabernet Franc (5%), Malbec (5%) and Petit Verdot (5%) are micro-vinified and then blended after 15 months barrel maturation.
