The Emilio Rojo Blanco is arguably one of the best white wine produced in Spain and we can usually only get our hands on 1 case every year. Only one wine is produced from the tiny estate and a very small quantity comes into the U.S. A blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariņo, Lado, and Torrontes, it's spicy and complex with amazing balance and weight. Electric flavors of citrus, pear, and melon, tossed with wild fresh herbs, fennel, and an underlying salty minerality. Fantastic clarity and purity of flavors. A real show stopper, to say the least.
