DOM CHANDON 10PINOT NOIR
WINEMAKERS NOTE'S - The 2009 Pinot Noir shows distinct fruitiness and complexity. On the nose also revealed are hints of lavender and thyme joined with cola nut. The fruit aromas are intense and concentrated punctuated by black cherry while sandalwood appears as the wine continues to open. The wine is bright and clean with fresh flavors and well balanced tannins that will stand up well to food. On the finish, oak is well integrated with lingering hint of vanilla.
