Sourced from Ferrington and Savoy Vineyards, two properties highly respected by most winemakers in California's North Coast, saw zero oak.Bright and refreshing, the stainless-steel-fermented Tous Ensemble Chardonnay balances citrus fruit with stony minerality. Tangerine and lemon peel aromas lead to a smooth and well-textured mouthfeel with vibrant acidity and a chalky finish reminiscent of great Chablis.
