Winemaker Wells Guthrie believes that the best wines are a reflection of the vineyard, varietal and vintage. Therefore, he has sought out vineyards capable of producing world-class wines, such as James Berry, Clos Pepe, Thompson and Garys’ Vineyards. The Tous Ensemble, or “All Together” series is dedicated to producing top-quality wines which represent a blend from some of the best organically farmed vineyards in the appellation.
The 2010 Tous Ensemble Pinot is an embodiment of the earthy, sweet beet root undertones that are indicative of Anderson Valley Pinot. Medium-bodied with vibrant dark red fruits on the nose and palate, it delivers pure, focused flavors with a great lift on the finish from the acidity.
