Vi de Terrer' is a blend of 85% Ull de Llebre (Catalan for eye of the hare; more commonly known asTempranillo) and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are estate-grown and hand-harvested from 3 distinctvineyards. They go through a long maceration/fermentation in tank, aged for 10 months in 300L American oakbarrels. Additional bottle aging makes for a ready-to-drink bottle of the best red Penedes can offer. Crimsoncolored,'Vi de Terrer' displays rich, lush aromas of mineral, damp earth, underbrush and blackberry fruit.Tannic, structured and polished, this is a red that will turn into one of the finer treasures in your cellar.
