CANTARELLES 10 CABERNET
Those famed galet stones of Châteauneuf-du-Pape show up again here at the Cantarelles estate with decomposed limestone lying underneath. We understand these Cabernet vines are an exceptionally old, but we were unable to confirm the exact age before press time. There is more acidity and firm Cabernet texture here than in the Mas de Guiot, but the perfume and layers are more profound. Look for firm black fruit with cedar, crème de cassis, fine black tea, and savory spices.
