BRASSFIELD 09 SB
The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc exhibits aromas of Asian pear, cantaloupe, and citrus. The palate is fresh with flinty minerality and vibrant acidity, with flavors of tangerine, vanilla, and tropical fruit. As a result of the extended lees contact, the wine shows great depth and concentration with an exceptionally long, elegant finish.50% fermented in stainless steel tanks, 25% in neutral oak barrels and 25% in stainless steel barrels.
