unbelievable price, we jumped. We’ve said it many times before but it’s worth repeating that our friend, importer Oliver McCrum, has a real gift for finding serious value-priced wines that over-deliver and outshine the vast majority in their given tier. The mineral thread that’s present in all of Terlano’s whites asserts itself here alongside more pure cherry flavors on the palate. This is one of the most pleasing Old World Pinots we can remember that’s not from a famous (and usually pricey) plot of Burgundy—quite delicious and satisfying.
