4 Copas makes the only certified organic tequila in the world, and each expression is
delectable. I'm going to focus on the Reposado. The nose leads with full agave honey,
Valencia oranges, and Macadamia with toasted oak accents. The flavors start with sweet
citrus-- bright and mild, that melds into agave. It has a medium body that shows spice and wood at mid-palate. A soft floral redolence (hints of cinnamon, clove and light white pepper) smoothly lingers to a lovely finish. Holding creamy agave from end-to-end, this is an exceptional tequila.
